The Micronet Group of companies is pleased to announce the formation of a new business venture with Partner IT. As a Micronet company, Partner IT represents a joint working relationship of eighteen months and the integration of value added IT services to the group.

Established since 2004, Partner IT has grown to become one of the Illawarra’s most respected IT Services firms with a reputation for quality, consistency, reliability and delivery. Partner IT offers a range of IT Services from managed services, network support, strategic consulting services, project implementation, and telephony systems to ecommerce and the web.

“Micronet’s philosophy of delivering its customers with a ‘start-to-finish solution’ is aligned with our own philosophy, so the new business venture was a natural progression in allowing us to reach and deliver the best IT services solution to customers in the marketplace”, said Tom Galeski, Partner IT Director.

The Micronet Group of companies is Australian owned and has been designing, installing and supporting software in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, China, South Africa and the South Pacific since 1983. The new arrangement will enable the Micronet Group to offer a stronger IT Services delivery framework; more experienced certified IT engineers and a larger support infrastructure to customers in Australia and overseas.

Partner IT will continue to operate as a separate entity and will immediately have an office in Sydney as well as Brisbane. This will significantly increase their ability to reach new and existing customers, whilst sharing resources with Micronet Group of companies.

“In today’s economic climate, many businesses are finding it hard to justify IT support costs, which in turn means IT infrastructure and maintenance is ad-hoc. The new venture with Partner IT will improve our ability to service customers; provide our customers with a total end-to-end ITsolution and alleviate a customer’s continual challenge of managing IT in their business”, said Drew Arthur, Director of Micronet Systems.

This new opportunity supports Micronet’s direction of providing the best available services and solutions for its customers and the marketplace.
