Our support systems ensure franchisees and staff deliver the best quality food, beverage and service to our customers.  All Michel’s Patisserie Franchisees attend a comprehensive yet relaxed training programme at our dedicated National Training Academy on Queensland’s Gold Coast before they enter their store.  This is followed by constant coaching and mentoring by your field based Business Development Manager who will assist your in managing, marketing and operating your business.
