Training Provided:
• People from all walks of life can become successful Michel’s franchisees. A comprehensive preliminary training program is provided for all new owners including retail and barista training (practical and theory) plus customer service training
• 4 weeks at our dedicated and purpose built training academy on the Gold Coast in QLD Australia
• A further 3 days practicing your skills in an operational store in your home state
• Plus additional in store support when your store opens or upon settlement, this is offered in addition to ongoing assistance with in store training on a needs basis, from National Office and your dedicated Business Development Manager
