Mason Sier Turnbull to host breakfast seminar on new consumer regulation
New consumer laws have applied to all Australian businesses since 1st January 2011. The new laws introduced wide-reaching statutory consumer rights against suppliers of goods and services. The regulation is broad in its application and will impact on all business sectors.
Mason Sier Turnbull will run a breakfast seminar hosted by Senior Associate, Fotini Kypraios on the 5th April, discussing the changes and their practical applications on business as well as compliance issues.
Arrive at 7am at Mason Sier Turnbull’s Mount Waverley offices for breakfast and the hour long presentation and have the chance to query the experts and gain legal advice.
