Mad Mex Fresh Mexican Grill brings Mexican restaurant franchises to Brisbane

Fresh, healthy and fast Baja Mexican food is coming to Brisbane with the announcement that Mad Mex Fresh Mexican Grill will launch the first of its Mexican restaurant franchises in Fortitude Valley in late December.

The new restaurant will appeal to Queenslander’s love of fresh produce and flavoursome food, says entrepreneur and Mad Max founder Clovis Young.

“Our gourmet made to order burritos, tacos, nachos, burrito bowls and quesadillas, combined with quick service in a vibrant atmosphere void of cliché imagery will be a welcome change to Brisbane’s Mexican dining scene,” he comments.

Featuring a state-of-the-art open plan kitchen and dining areas outfitted with original artwork and communal indoor and outdoor tables that can seat 45, the Mexican restaurant franchises hope to set a new standard in Brisbane’s fast casual dining marketplace.

Clovis confirms that Mad Mex is “committed to offering the freshest and healthiest gourmet food in town. Our fully customisable menu allows patrons to individualise their choices to suit their tastes or dietary requirements.”

Select Mad Mex Mexican restaurant franchises are also fully licensed, adding to the range of menu items created using only high quality meats, produce and condiments.

The Fortitude Valley store will offer signature Mad Mex margaritas made with Herradura Tequila, and a range of local and imported beers.
