Mad Mex Fresh Mexican Grill adds seventh location to network of Mexican franchises

With plans to open more than 40 stores by 2016, Mad Mex Fresh Mexican Grill is well on its way, recently adding a seventh location to its network of Mexican franchises in the Sydney suburb of Caste Hill.

Located in Castle Towers Shopping Centre, the store the newest addition to the its upscale Piazza dining district.

The new location is fully licensed, offering the wide variety of healthy eating options available at each of the Mexican franchises. Patrons can select from a choice of tacos, burritos, fajitas and quesadillas filled with freshly grilled or slow-cooked meats and black beans complemented with market-fresh produce, hand-made salsas and guacamole.

The award winning lucha-libre (Mexican wrestling) themed design is also featured at the new store, including a state-of-the-art open plan kitchen, original artwork, communal dining tables and Mad Mex’s signature Corona bottle chandelier.

Opportunities for future Mad Mex Fresh Mexican Grill healthy eating franchises are currently available throughout Australia.
