BRW names Mad Mex Fresh Mexican Grill a 2010 Fast Starter

In a confirmation of the growing success of its Mad Mex Fresh Mexican Grill has been named as a BRW 2010 Fast Starter.

For entrepreneurs and start-up businesses to have qualified as a Fast Starter, they must:

• have commenced trading after June 30, 2005
• have reported at least two fiscal years in revenue
• have revenue of more than $500,000 in 2008-09
• have more than one main customer (the bulk of revenue not generated from government grants or other start-up funding)
• be Australian, and not a subsidiary of a multinational; and
• have exceeded 2007-08 revenue in the 2008-09 financial year.
