Local Tree Care’s comprehensive training program for gardening franchisees

In a short span of eight years, the Local Tree Care franchise has managed to develop a small business model into a fully fledged franchise business managed by the franchisor. The home services franchise is now looking to further build on this success by assisting its franchisees in developing their own fully managed gardening franchises.

In order to help its members build a profitable business, the Local Tree Care franchise provides them with a comprehensive training system. The training includes both initial training and ongoing training. The initial training will be conducted by the franchisor of the gardening franchise and includes operational procedures, business management, safety measures, equipment management, client communications and service skills, maintenance programs, etc.
