Lenard’s Restructure Drives Growth
This strategy is designed to achieve Lenard’s target of increasing store numbers by up to 20 stores per year.
“The restructure is intended to provide greater resource and emphasis to Lenard’s franchise recruitment.” CEO Bruce Myers said.
Lenard’s retail chicken franchise recruitment and leasing department has been revitalised with the promotion of Tania Sinenko to the role of National Recruitment Manager and the appointment of David Fyfe as Manager - Leasing & Construction.
Tania is responsible for driving Lenard’s growth by identifying and developing Lenard’s franchise business opportunities, finding suitable sites, and recruiting quality Franchise Owners.
“I am excited about growing the Lenard’s brand by introducing new entrepreneurs into the Lenard’s system. My focus is to identify the right candidates; those people who can work Lenard’s systems to achieve individual success.” Tania said.
In his new role, David works closely with new and existing food & beverage franchise owners and manages all leasing and construction responsibilities of new and existing stores, with a focus on expanding nationally.
“Having worked in the poultry/franchising industry for close to 30 years, I have a great foundation on which to achieve the best possible leasing conditions for Franchise Owners, allowing them to focus on running a successful and profitable Lenard’s franchise.” said David.
Other major changes involved in the restructure were the promotion of Paul Lange from Chief Operating Officer to General Manager Lenard’s, and the appointment of Patrick McMichael, formerly of Dominos International, to the role of National Business and Development Manager.
“The restructure has enabled Lenard’s to appoint experienced managers to vital roles in National Support Office to ensure we continue to provide high levels of support to Lenard’s Franchise Owners.” Bruce Myers said.
Given the current economic climate, Lenard’s is laying a foundation for growth to satisfy the increasing market of Australian families turning to home-cooked dinners, rather than dining out.
