Faries and wizards for the day with Kindy Dance Time interactive workshop

Little girls and boys dream of fairies, wizards and magical lands and next weekend is the things dreams are made of for 13 preschoolers from the southern suburbs.

The 13 pint-sized dancers from Rossymoyne, Jandakot, Shelley, Attadale, Palmyra, Mt Pleasant, Kensington, South Lakes, Applecross and Myaree will all take part in the Wild Fairyland Festival in Kings Park as part of a free interactive dance workshop by Kindy Dance Time on Sunday 20th September.

Nicki Jones Teacher for the Rossmoyne and Palmyra branches of the children's entertainment franchise, said the children were really excited about being part of the festival this year.

“At Kindy Dance Time our main aim to nurture the love of dance amongst our students and by hosting a workshop at the festival our Kindy Dance Timers get the chance to share their enthusiasm with others,” Nicki said.

The workshop, run by Kindy Dance Time entertainment franchise, will be held in conjunction with Youth Ballet WA, who will also host free workshops in ballet, contemporary and Spanish dance, followed by a performance at the Festival.

“For our Kindy Dance Timers it is also a great opportunity for them to work with the wonderful talents of Youth Ballet WA,” Nicki added.

The Kindy Dance Time workshop will run from 1030am – 1130am and the Youth Ballet workshop from 11am to 1145am, Sunday 20th September, in the Lotterywest Family area in Kings Park.
