Fred Camilleri’s view on Kieser Training Centres

Fred Camilleri is from Middle Park, Victoria, and finds Kieser Training Centres to be professional, sophisticated and clean. He believes that the staff at the fitness training franchise should be complimented on their knowledge and ability to offer just the right level of advice and assistance.

Speaking about the fitness franchise, Mr Camilleri said, “I have never been a fan of gyms with their music and mirrors yet I have always understood the benefits of exercise. Having spent a sedentary career in the IT industry, when I noticed a Kieser leaflet, I thought I would give it a try. I was experiencing neck pain and had been attending an osteopath 4 to 5 times per year.”

Mr Camilleri explained that he started with Kieser fitness franchise 18 months ago and he was impressed with the overall health benefits he gained. He has not visited the osteopath since and the pain has been eliminated, resulting in him feeling much better physically.

Mr Camilleri continued to explain that one of his passions in life is golf and to his surprise, attending the Kieser fitness franchise has made a remarkable difference to his golf game. Increased strength has allowed him to hit the ball 10% further and improved his endurance around the course. His control and flexibility have all improved.
