The average tenure of Australian KFC franchisees is 15 years and we expect advanced applicants to talk with at least 3 of these franchisees before the interview stage. Now, for the first time in over a decade, we are looking for talented people to join us. Successful applicants will need to be talented, optimistic, business minded individuals with business ownership experience from a known brand or middle management experience where you have been responsible for growth and profit KPI's as well as the recruitment, training and development of others.
The franchise recruitment process is thorough. Applicants start by submitting an on-line query, We will make contact and collect and share information. From a short list, applicants will be invited to complete an on-line application and self assessment questionnaire. Progressing applicants will then complete a business plan and SWOT analysis before entering the interview phase with executives like the General Manager of Operations and the Chief Development Officer. Once the applicant is approved they commence a comprehensive 24 week training program in both store and classroom environments.
