Enjoying an excellent income
Many of our experienced and long standing franchisees can earn up to and sometimes in excess of $2,200 per week (including GST) but ultimately it is you who will determine your income level. Jim's Building Maintenance cannot guarantee that income level to anyone but we do provide the Work Availability Guarantee* (more information below) for your ease and comfort.

This scheme ensures $1,100 (including GST) per week for the first 12 months of your franchise agreement.
Choice of work undertaken
You can choose the type of work that you want to take on but we cannot support you if you are not qualified or trained to perform. Jim's Building Maintenance however does provide ongoing training as a part of our training programs that is focussed on upgrading technical and business skills for franchisees.
Before starting with us, it is best to specialise in a few areas of the building maintenance areas and you can work on becoming experts in these fields over time.
Great training and support
Your initial training with us ensures that you are properly trained with business skills such as bookkeeping, goat setting, communication and customer service with clients. Your fellow franchisees and nominated Regional Franchisor are there to support you and help you out.
You must create the initiative to contact us if you feel that you need additional support or training and together we can make that happen for you.
Through HIA or MBA membership, opportunities to attend workshops and training classes to obtain trade licences, will surely help you to improve your skills and knowledge in this industry.
