Jesters training and management
During your first week, a Retail Manager will be there by your side to provide you with additional training and mentoring . As well as the training module the Jesters Team will also assist with the Marketing and operational support for the Grand Opening programme to ensure your store gets off to as successful a start as possible. Ongoing assistance with training of Management and Staff is given in the form of refresher courses and includes being provided with a Confidential Jesters Operational Manual for ongoing reference.
Communications
A regular Jesters Newsletter will be published by our Head Office for distribution to the network and may including, ideas, new directions, photographs, price changes, menu changes, campaign results and other necessary information. Therefore no matter where your store is in NZ you will always be kept abreast of developments within the system.
Our Head Office holds franchisee meetings approximately 4 times a year. During the meeting, topics of current interest such as forthcoming promotions and strategic direction are presented to Franchisees and discussed. 14.09.2007
