Gil DeLeon, co-owner of Jas My Waffles food and beverage franchises, is preparing to compete against some of the best baristas in Australia by participating in the prestigious Danes Grand Barista Championships.

Gil is feeling extremely confident as he has finished in the top ten the last time he competed two years previous. Armed with his shiny, new Rocket coffee machine from Giotto, Italy, Gil has been perfecting the art of three latte ‘illustrations’ on top of each cup of coffee.                                  

Coffee is very important at Jas My Waffles and the food and beverage franchises only serve Danes Gourmet Coffee as they believe it is the best blend available.
