Our home based business franchises are between $10,000.00 and $45,000.00 each. With packages to suit each franchise, so just call us and we can work out just exactly what you require.

TRAINING: 2 Weeks of intense training, and additional training provided if required. All manuals and guides included.
- CAR OR TRAILER, PRODUCTS & EQUIPMENT: We supply everything and show you how to use each item effectively.
- ONGOING, PERSONALISED SUPPORT: When you start a new venture, you need help. We don’t just set you up – we make sure we are available whenever you have a problem or need advice – just call!
- ACCOUNT BOOK KEEPING TRAINING: It is just as important to be as thorough on your book work as the homes you clean. We make sure you know how to maintain accurate records.
- INCOME GUARANTEE: This guarantee helps you start off your business without having money problems.
“Standard Package” $18,000.00 we guarantee $800.00 for 3 months for single or2 persons franchises*.
“Deluxe Package” $30,000.00 we guarantee $1,000.00 for 3 months for single or2 persons franchises*.
“Carpet Cleaning & Pest Control Package” $45,000.00 we guarantee $1,000.00 for 3 months for single or 2 person franchises*.

- ADVERTISING: This is the expensive part of a new business - and we take care of it! We advertise in Yellow Pages, Letterbox drops in your area, your local paper, online and various other areas.
- SHIRTS, SIGNAGE & MERCHANDISE: White shirts with Jannies logo, signage on trailer or magnets for car, invoice books, business cards & flyers.
- FIRST 3 WEEKS - NO FRANCHISE FEE Your weekly fee is not required until you have settled into your routine. Another way we help you start your new business.
- 12 MONTH INSURANCE

“Base” - All the above excluding Trailer and Car.
