About Home Instead Senior Care
Home Instead Senior Care

Home Instead Senior Care is the world leader in providing non-medical care for older people with over 850 franchised offices in 15 countries. This experience has created superb business opportunities for people with no previous care experience to own and run their own management franchise.

Franchise owners lead a team of office staff and CAREGivers providing care to older people who need just a little help to remain living safely and comfortably in their own home for as long as possible.

Outstanding Support – To our franchise owners

The strength and depth of Home Instead Senior Care is reflected in the franchise system, support and training each franchise owner receives.

This has been recognised by the International Franchise Association’s (IFA) survey of franchisee satisfaction across all US based franchising companies. Home Instead Senior Care was placed second overall in 2007 and 2008 and first in the home care category in both years.

The training begins with a pre-opening programme to establish the business, moving into an intensive training course at the head office and continuing with a range of ongoing support activities over the following 3 months. These include local and national PR programmes, field visit support and 24/7 unlimited telephone support. We also provide a range of ongoing programmes and initiatives which will enable you to rapidly grow and manage your business.

Each owner receives a comprehensive start up package including operational manuals, training materials, DVDs, wide range of marketing materials and a unique outstanding software system developed specially for the business.

Home Instead Senior Care franchise owners come from every walk of life but, they share the common denominators of a heartfelt desire to work with seniors and commitment to owning and operating their own successful business. However, no previous care experience is necessary – indeed most of our franchise owners have not worked in the care sector before.

Changing the face of ageing

A rapidly ageing population to has once in a lifetime implications for our lifestyles and society, while creating exciting business opportunities for those entrepreneurs who see and act on these demographic trends. However it isn’t just the rapidly growing market that is important; there is also strong recognition by the government and community that the way care is currently provided needs to change. The feedback we have had is that our relationship based approach to quality care and client choice is exactly what is needed and we believe we are leading a revolution in care provision across Australia.

We invite you to consider a Home Instead Senior Care franchise business and look forward to hearing from you.
