Concept:
Hire A Tradesman is a one stop shop for all different types of tradespeople. Hire A Tradesman franchisee’s are managers. They recruit and manage their own locally based team of tradespeople. The franchisee then ‘hires’ out these tradespeople as and when required. They become the franchisee’s ‘preferred’ trade suppliers. Client’s include: property managers, sales agents, insurance companies, commercial clients, general public.

Marketing Support:
Full marketing support is available including all branded material specific to your territory. All material has been tried and tested and proven successful. This includes brochures, flyers, business cards, postcards, magents, cups, property manager specific material, sale agent specific material, trade subscription packages, power point presentations tailored to real estate agents, insurance agents, networking groups.
Number Of Units:
24 total in Melbourne – between 100-120 in Australia
Qualifications Required:
Good managerial skills, good time management, excellent organisational skills, professional and reliable.A trade background is not an essential requirement but an understanding of trade related work is.
Sites/Territories available:
There are currently 23 franchise opportunities available in Melbourne, including Geelong. Interstate availability will follow.
Training Provided:
1 week in the head office and 2 weeks on site training is provided. The step by step training guides and office procedures make it a very simple process.
Units Outside Country:
Currently does not operate outside Australia – however there are mid-long term plans to launch overseas

Hire A Tradesman is a one stop shop for all types of trade related work. Hire A Tradesman franchisee’s are managers. They manage their own team of tradespeople and refer them to client’s.
Each of these trades are invited to subscribe to the franchisee's territory. They pay a monthly or yearly subscription fee and also a referral fee per job received. This allows the franchisee to give ongoing and regular work to each of these preferred trades.
