HR Coach’s ‘5 Strategies’ model has been used in many organisations across Australia, particularly in high performing businesses.
Using data collected from the past 4 years, the HR Coach Research Institute was able to identify the consistent behaviours of organisations that were considered to be doing well.
The results has highlighted practices and behaviours that modelled after HR Coach’s 5 strategies model, which had also remained the same throughout the years.
Organisations who maintained these behaviours and practices in their business performed well, regardless of major technological advances, economic cycles and changing regulatory frameworks.
These findings were shared with the HR Coach Network through the HR Coach Research Institute National Master Class, hosted by Managing Director of HR Coach, Louise Broekman.
