HR Coach offer free Disaster Guide for Human Resource Professionals after launch of Events Forum

HR Coach  is providing a free Disaster Management Guide for Human Resource Professionals after successfully launching their HR Events Forum which focused on the experiences of managers over the past year.

The inaugural HR Events Forum in Brisbane recognised the plight of all people managers from all industries across the region in managing crisis’ over 2011.

HR Coach Research Institute, the major sponsor of the event, used the forum as a platform to show support and showcase the contribution of Human Resource Professionals to organisations during difficult times.

Participants relived the tragedy of the Brisbane floods through the eyes of Drift Restaurant owner, David Moore, who shared his harrowing story and the knowledge gained from his experiences.

The HR Coach Institute has compiled the Disaster Management Guide for Human Resource Professionals in response, turning recent disasters into an opportunity to learn.

The Forum focused on the adversity of 2011 and through sharing and compiling a record of experiences, aimed to make the industry better prepared in the future.

HR Coach is inviting contributions, stories and advice from people who wish to contribute their experience to the guide.
