HR Coach 5th Annual Conference comes to a close

The 5th Annual HR Coach Conference has finished on a high note, attracting over 60 members from their business coaching franchises and franchise network to the three day event.

Dr Martie-Louise Verryenne from the University of Queensland Business School gave the annual HR Coach Research Institute address. Dr Verryenne recently published a journal article in the International Journal for Small Business in collaboration with Dr. Polly Parker and Marie Wilson, members of the HR Coach Research Institute review committee.

The HR Coach Research Institute collected data used for the article that offers a unique perspective on the business sector and pressures within organisations.

Vivienne Anthon, CEO of the Australian Institute of Management for Queensland and the Northern Territory gave the keynote address that centred around networking and relationship building for professionals.

The business coaching franchises contributed to the practical program that, for the first time, attracted members from the New Zealand arm of the network.

The success of the 2011 conference has HR Coach planning early for their 2012 annual conference.
