Generation Y invigorates business coaching franchises
Starting a new business can be a challenging task and for many people it remains too daunting to take the first step. However, Kristie McMaster has become the first generation Y member of the HR Coach franchises network saying it is because of her young age that she found taking the first step so easy.
Kristie joined the business coaching franchises in Melbourne in January 2011 after 10 years in the professional workforce.
“I loved the people and loved the work but the environment wasn’t for me,” she said.
“As is common amongst Gen Y, if something isn’t working I do something about it. I decided that rather than squash myself into someone else’s mould I’d create my own, in the form of a HR Coaching business.”
The 28 year old also credits her age as a factor in her success with the business coaching franchises.
“Breaking out of ill-fitting moulds is very much a Gen Y thing and I can help businesses understand the Gen Y workforce and how to harness what Gen Y has to offer,” she said.
HR Coach franchises congratulates Kristie on her business and clients and look forward to further young, energetic talent joining their business coaching franchises.
