Luigi became registered builder as well as continued to operate his own building company from 1990 to 1999. After the success in the building industry managing director of the GO Sushi Australia decided on new challenges and started sushi restaurant. The properties that goes into sushi making comprises of health ingredients that fit according to the active as well as conscience way of Australian life. In the year 2002 Luigi of the international cuisine franchise started the first Go Sushi Kiosk with more than 18 different kinds of freshly prepared and healthy sushi in a fast hassle free display cabinets.
