Go Gecko is a full service Real Estate Franchise rivalling the traditional system with a fixed fee commission. In the past some home owners have been extremely dissatisfied at the cost to sell the family home. A GO GECKO franchise has a major advantage over their competitors with a very clear point of difference within their market place. A fixed commission rate of $5950 incl. GST which saves home seller money and provides an opportunity to gain market share. A slightly lower fee of $4950 applies to properties that sell for under $300K.

Since January 2005, 29 offices have established in Australia. These offices have sold over 3000 properties with in excess of $27 million in commission being saved for our clients. This shows how well the public has embraced the Go Gecko concept.
