We are currently seeking people to continue this growth by becoming a Franchisee in the Go Gecko Property Sales business. Founded on good, honest service, a distinct and recognizable brand, and a unique business model, Go Gecko is set to revolutionize the real estate industry.

In developing our business and maintaining a strong foothold within the industry, it is our vision to see 60 offices by the end of 2010 and 200 offices across the nation by 2012.

Go Gecko’s fixed-price commissions stop the confusing and complex practice property sellers go through when comparing different commission rates charged by real estate agents. Still offering the full service that vendors have come to expect, Go Gecko’s commission is capped at $5950 regardless of the price of the property. These savings prompt homeowners to seek out a Go Gecko real estate office, resulting in listings literally walking through the door.

A Go Gecko franchise has a major advantage over its competitors with a very clear point of difference within the market place. The fixed commission rate saves home seller money and provides an opportunity to gain market share.
