Expanding Australian retail food franchisor Pacific Retail Management has announced continued strong performance by its exciting GO Sushi healthy fast food franchise.
Chairman of Pacific Retail Management, Chris Jordinson, said "considering the current retail and economic environment, GO Sushi’s performance over the past 12 months has been extraordinary. Sushi is great value for money and a healthy filling product, and these two factors combined with our excellent franchisees at store level have seen sales grow consistently this financial year."
December trading showed the largest ever sales performance for the GO Sushi fast food franchise brand which turned over in excess of $1.1 Million for the month. “Considering we are selling sushi rolls from only A$2.40 per roll the numbers of customers that visit our stores are increasing dramatically” says Jordinson.
February 2009 performance sees the group up nearly 12% on last year’s figures with one store up over 29% on last year and a number of stores up over 20% for the financial year to date.
