G J Gardner in Housing Industry of Australia Top 10

Last week the Housing Industry of Australia (HIA ) released the top 100 builders in Australia for 2008/2009. Building franchise company G J Gardner Homes celebrated their first ever entry into the top 10 builders.

G J Gardner Homes was listed at number nine on the list of builders in the whole of Australia based on new detached dwellings, and 12th if high rise apartments included.

This makes the building franchise group one of the largest Franchised new home builders in Australia.
