G.J. Gardner Homes ranks in Top 200 Franchises USA

G.J. Gardner Homes has been ranked as one of the top two hundred franchised companies in the USA today by Franchise Times Magazine, one of the world’s leading franchise publications.

Franchise Times magazine, published in the United States, recently compiled a list of the top 200 franchises in relation to each franchises worldwide sales. Included in the list are global giants such as McDonalds, 7-Eleven and Hilton Hotels, Subway and more. G.J. Gardner Homes property franchise was listed at number 150, surpassing hundreds of other franchised companies, and was the only new housing company on the list.

G.J. Gardner Homes building franchise was founded in 1983 when Greg Gardner began a building business on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia offering quality homes at an affordable price. In 1996, he decision was made to franchise the business, and the business grew from there.

“We decided to franchise in order to give our team the opportunity to really own the business. We found when people were given the reigns of what was effectively their own business, they rose to the challenge and created some great results.
