G.J. Gardner Homes franchisees HIA awards success

The HIA Regional Building awards, North West Region, were held at the Grand Hotel Ballroom in Mildura on the 13th of September.

Two G J Gardner Homes house building franchise owners were winners of two different categories.

The building franchise in Bendigo took home the award for best custom home $350 - $500k price range and house building franchise in Mildura won best project home up to $350k.

Bendigo building franchise owner Danny Breen and Mildura building franchise owner Brad Stanbrook were excited with the result, as weeks of hard work and planning had gone into both homes. They also congratulated their individual office and construction teams as being the real drivers behind the projects.

“But, the real winner was G J Gardner Homes as a whole”, said Danny Breen.
