New Appointments - Kym De Britt and Michael Roelofs

Kym De Britt - Chief Operating Officer

The Franchise Council of Australia (FCA) is pleased to welcome Kym De Britt, our new Chief Operating Officer to the team. Kym comes to the FCA with a wealth of management and business experience.

Having spent the past 15 years working in management roles at various Clubs throughout Australia, Kym's last position in this industry was as the Gaming Manager at the Wrest Point Casino in Tasmania. Kym is also the current licensee of the Town Hall Hotel, Richmond.

Outside of his work commitments, Kym regularly competes in Motorsport (mostly Tarmac Rallies) and Triathlons.

Kym's goal at the FCA is to raise membership through providing improved customer service and benefit to the members.

Michael Roelofs - IT Manager

The FCA is excited to announce the appointment of our new IT Manager –Michael Roelofs.

For the last nine years Michael has been working at Brumby's Bakeries/Retail Food Group (RFG). Starting in 1999 and working his way up to the position of IT Manager, which he held for four years, Michael saw Brumby's and RFG through the takeover and integration of Brumby's IT systems into the greater RFG network, while also assisting with the integration of Michel's Patisserie when RFG bought Michel's Patisserie late last year.

Michael is studying part-time towards a Bachelor of Business (Banking & Finance) / Bachelor of Computing double degree at Monash University, Caulfield and when he finds a spare moment, enjoys reading car & PC magazines, playing with new gadgets & technology and mountain bike riding.
