Comprehensive initial and ongoing training. Initial training is both in room and on the job training, covering financial credit, systems and processes, marketing, sales skills, business development, company policies and culture, franchisee strategic planning and day to day operational support. There is an initial 3 month intensive support component to new franchisees. Ongoing training occurs at all times including 4 refresher training days per year.
Marketing Support:
Expert assistance with marketing planning, sales skills, introductions to qualified referral sources, joint attendance at prospect client and referral source meetings, head office lead distribution, marketing collateral, marketing manual and marketing toolbox resources.
Capital Investment Required:
$39,500 + GST. NB: recommended ‘working capital’ of $150,000 to $1,000,000.
