The Fastway franchise is “much fairer”
Colin Lowe was already a courier driver when he bought his Fastway franchise , but changing companies has meant better hours, a better deal and record sales. Colin bought a courier franchise and doubled its sales in the first month.
He said the secret to his Fastway franchise success is attention to customer service. Colin reckons a smile goes a long way.
“I’m providing the customer with a service, so I do all I can to help them. If they have any problems or issues, then I try to solve them. A lot of it depends on your attitude towards being a courier,” he said.
“Customers know they can expect to see me every day, and that they can expect good service, too.”
But a timetable and well thought-out route plan have also been a large part of the success of his courier franchise, along with building on the database of both new and mobile franchise customers that Colin inherited with the business.
Colin said the Fastway franchise system is much better than the Courier Post methods he was used to in his old job, and “much fairer” to the courier franchisee. It has better ticket redemption system, is a great model to work from, and a better working environment and courier franchise culture.
