Gold Coast Fastway franchise scoops top awards

The Fastway franchise partners in the Gold Coast were awarded the top two awards in the Fastway franchise network, that is Regional Franchisee of the Year plus Courier Franchisee of the Year.

This is a tremendous achievement for one region to win both. Especially as the standards were exceptionally high this year. The awards were presented at a special awards dinner for the courier franchise at the Fastway Annual Conference, held this year in Newcastle.

The first to receive their awards where the Courier Franchisees of the Year, Janet and Alan Marsh, presented by Franchise Business Manager for Australian Couriers Kenny McLeod.

McLeod expressed his admiration for how successful and well run their business was, whilst offering exemplary customer service.

On receiving their mobile franchise award the Marshes said, “Working to the Franchise System is they key to growing a successful business. We work hard at maintaining excellent service standards for our customers.”

The Marshes, working as a team since March 2002 have successfully grown their business within their territory of Ernest/Molendinar.

Australian Couriers CEO Ken Rosebery presented the Regional Franchise award to Kerry Noyes and Stephen Curtis – the winning franchisees. They were visibly delighted and proud of their achievement but were quick to point out that their success was also as a result of their hardworking courier franchisees.

“Without the professionalism of our staff and courier franchisees we would not have achieved this award,” they said.

This winning regional franchise has 24 courier franchisees operating out of their depot in Nerang. Operating this business for the past nine months, these franchisees have used the Fastway franchise to perfection, whilst lending their tremendous energy and skills to constantly improving the management of their business. In doing so they have created the kind of environment which has produced the other winning team, that of Courier Franchisees of the Year.

The Fastway franchise is very proud of their latest award winners and is sure that they will be seeing these teams winning again in the future.
