Fastway Couriers delivery franchises awards Australia’s best courier

The owner and operator of two Fastway Couriers delivery franchises on the Gold Coast, Teddy Fenton, has been named Australia’s best courier in the company’s annual Excellence Awards.

Teddy operates the Runaway Bay and Paradise Point Fastway delivery franchises, and took out the accolade from a field of over 650 franchisees across the country.

He says that he is delighted to receive the award, and sees it as a validation of the service he strives to deliver on a day-to-day basis.

“I’ve stuck to my goal of delivering great service and I think my customers really appreciate it when I go the extra mile for them,” Teddy says.

The award is based on overall business excellence, customer service, brand advocacy and contribution to the community, and recognises only the most elite operators of Fastway’s delivery franchises around the world.

Teddy has experienced a 40% growth across his delivery franchises over the last 12 months, and attributes his success to a passion for people.

He explains that “our service is simple – we pick up and deliver parcels. Where I can really add value is by providing my customers with a down-to-earth, personalised approach.”

Upon presenting the award, the CEO of Fastway Couriers Australia, Richard Thame, said that “Teddy’s commitment to his local customers and community is exemplary, his business knowledge outstanding and as a Courier Franchisee, he is second to none.
