Expense Reduction Analysts Associate wins MYOB award

Local small business operators along with some of Australia?s biggest brands were in attendance at the MYOB Excellence in Franchising Awards Gala dinner held recently at the Marriot, Brisbane. These businesses included – Bakers Delight, The Coffee Club, ANZ & CHOOKS Fresh & Tasty – along with State MP Jan Jarratt who spoke to guests about the importance of franchising to the Australian economy. The MYOB Excellence in Franchising Awards celebrates the success of hard working Australian small business people both regionally and nationally.

The ERA winner was Brett Hay - Expense Reduction Analysts (QLD/NT Franchisee of the Year - less than 2 staff)

Brian Kelly, Franchise Recruitment Manager with the cost management franchise group, said Brett is experienced in senior general management roles with companies such as Mobil Oil, Mitre 10, BDS Recruit and most recently, fast food chain Eagle Boys. Brett has enjoyed a wide variety of challenges throughout his career with over 20 years of practical experience in management, retailing and marketing.

Brett holds a Bachelor in Business, is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Marketing, and is on the board of the Cannon Hill Anglican College Foundation.

Mr Kelly, also indicated that it is the Associates like Brett Hay, who have made ERA the leading cost reduction franchise organisation in the world.
