Wake up and smell the coffee Australia: Esquires has crossed the Tasman
Cafe franchise, Esquires Coffee Houses , opened its doors to 750 coffee drinkers on 2 June 2012. The new, ultra trendy concept store is located in Mosman.
The new coffee house aims to be a community hub offering consumers the free use of iPads, browse through electronic menus and free WiFi access.
Baristas have been trained to brew Esquire's own special coffee blends.
Originally founded in Canada in 1993, Esquires Coffee Houses has grown exponentially around the world, spanning North America, New Zealand, Fiji, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom, Abu Dhabi, China, Dubai and now, Australia.
The New Zealand operation was bought last year by leading Australian retail franchisor, Retail Food Group (RFG) which plans to roll further Esquires Coffee House franchises across Australia throughout the year.
"Sydney residents are going to be captivated by the exclusivity Esquires has to offer. They will be welcomed by not only an organic fair-trade cup of coffee but also a range of electronic toys, a trendy appearance and fresh food," said RFG's brand manager, Khim Puseman in a recent publication.
