92% member satisfaction rating in independent EFM Health Clubs member survey
Members of EFM Health Clubs recently participated in an independent survey that has provided a glowing report on member satisfaction.
Compiled in the first Quarter of 2009, independent of the health club franchise group, by market researchers Adlab, the report was welcomed by EFM Franchisees and Franchisor as validation of its member-focused approach.
Greg Nunan, Business Development Manager with the fitness training franchise, said the report contained some remarkable results. “We received a 92% member satisfaction rating. The researchers used a rating scale of 1-9, with 9 being top marks and we received and average rating of 8.27. This is a good pat on the back for our Franchisee group and validation of their commitment to member satisfaction.
“Member retention is a cornerstone of our business model. Our top clubs consistently retain upwards of 98% of members on a monthly basis. This type of research result, in a sense confirms what we already knew – our Franchisees are extremely member-focused and do a great job in that area.
The report also found that 84% of members had referred EFM health club franchise to someone they knew.
“Our Franchisees have always experienced generic growth through referral. When you work hard and with a strong emphasis on the customer, retention and referral soon follow,” Nunan commented.
