Potter sells up - Eagle Boys franchise set to fly

Potter said he would remain a shareholder of the company and consultant to the business for the next 12 months, with all management and staff remaining in the company.
"This is an opportunity to accelerate the future success of Eagle Boys and is the key to realising the full potential of the business and its capacity to consistently grow," he said. "It was important to me that staff remained in the company and the action did not result in any dramatic changes in the business."
Potter said several buyout and merger opportunities were offered to him over the past 12 months but it was the combination of an Australian owned capital investment group and management buy out that secured the deal as it aligned the culture and vision of the company.
