Eagle Boys business supports Angel Flight charity

The number of patients taking to the sky with Angel Flight this year has received an uplifting boost with the Eagle Boys Eagle Boys founder Tom Potter said he was pleased to be able to provide for a cause that supplied a service to predominately regional markets.

“Angel Flight was created to meet a real need in Australia. We live in such a large country that when transport is needed it isn’t as easy, especially when you live ten hours away from a city, to just pop in the car and visit a hospital for treatment. We are proud to be able to donate to Angel Flights and provide the necessary funding needed to keep this truly heroic organisation in the air and care for the communities that have always been there for us,” Potter said.

Angel Flight founder Bill Bristow said without companies like Eagle Boys the organisation would not be able to function as it relied solely on generous donations such as these to provide its services. “Our organisation is a not-for-profit operation and coordinates non-emergency flights for patients and families around the country who need attention when the financial and emotional strains are too much. All Angel Flight services are entirely free to patients and carers and provide transport when other options seem dismal,” Bristow said.
