Dymocks Reveals Kids’ Top 51 Books for 2011
Dymocks retail franchises has recently conducted a national survey for the Dymocks Kid’s Top 51 books of 2011, which had revealed J.K Rowling’s Harry Potter series reigning on top of the annual list for the fourth time in a row. The Kids’ Top 51 Books covers the needs of all age groups, from pre-school to young adult
The national survey involved over 7000 Dymocks Booklovers independently voting their favourite books. The list consisted of all-time classics such as Dr Seuss’ Green Eggs and Ham (#18), and recent global bestsellers such as Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight Saga (#12).
The Kid’s Top 51 Books also featured Eric Carle’s classic picture book, The Very Hungry Caterpillar in second place with Andy Griffith’s The Very Bad Book coming close third.
