On 17 June 2009 the first ever Dreamy Donuts store on the Gold Coast opened its doors.

The Dreamy Donuts fast food and coffee franchise was founded in April 2006 in Brisbane, Queensland, and now has 15 donut franchise stores throughout Australia and New Zealand.
