Domino's continue to experience success as they expand across Melbourne

Dominos Pizza  franchise has been exhibiting rapid expansion across Melbourne with the newest pizza franchises in Clayton and Caroline Springs predicted to turnover one million dollars within their first year of operation.

Dominos have plans to open new sites across Melbourne in the next couple of months as current business is booming, including in the new franchise locations in Clayton and Caroline springs.

“Current franchisees are enjoying the increased profits and larger customer base that comes with each new store that opens,” Dominos Chief Development and Franchising Officer, Patrick McMichael said, adding that the pizza franchise system was a large factor in attracting potential franchisees.

“New franchisees are being drawn to our strong brand position, solid financial results and the success of other franchisees in our network. People want to franchise with a reputable brand with proven success.”

Dominos has new and existing franchise opportunities available throughout Australia and New Zealand, however Mr McMichael said the Melbourne market and regional areas are the pizza franchise’s main focus for growth.

“There is still room for us to continue to expand in Melbourne, and we have several sites currently available for purchase in great locations like Brunswick, Doncaster East and Ringwood,” he said.

McMichael said Dominos pizza franchise were currently developing a dozen more sites, which would soon be ready for sale and that they were certain would create high revenue and new jobs.

“The growth in the Melbourne market is very exciting for all involved, and we have every confidence that this growth is set to continue,” he said.

Each store takes on approximately 25 staff and gives them endless career opportunities, McMichael said reminiscing on his early days at Dominos as a store manager 20 years ago.

He added that the pizza franchise’s growth and success were a reflection of the strength of the brand in the area after a lot of hard work.

“Over the past year we have all been working really hard to facilitate the growth of our brand in Melbourne, and we are now starting to reap the benefits,” he said.
