The Dixon Homes franchise lists out changes that can be effected to two storey duplexes and homes. The building and utilities business says that house owners can add or remove roof gables and eaves. Duplexes can be added with internal walls and doors, and full wall in place of half wall. The house building business informs that homes can be added with additional Dixon facades; panel garage door of same size as roller door; upgrades to electrical plan; attached patios; turf, fencing, etc.

Obscure windows of Dixon Homes can be replaced with tinted windows of same size or smaller. House owners can add larger vanities into the same space; extra upstairs windows; and remove upstairs internal walls.

The permissible changes include addition or removal of roof gables; addition or removal of eaves; internal adjustments to walls, doors or robes; additional internal walls and doors; adjust size, type and position of windows and doors; additional Dixon facades; and panel garage door of same size as roller door.

Owners of single storey duplexes can modify their homes to include larger or additional garage door; attached or under roof patios; additional walls and floor area; turf, fencing, etc; larger vanities into the same space; and upgrades to electrical plan.
