DecoGlaze® are currently looking to establish stand alone franchises in specific geographical areas of NSW,VIC and QLD. You will be required to measure and install our Glass Splashbacks, to the high standard that DecoGlaze® has set over the past 10 years, in your nominated region. All training from marketing, measuring, installing, along with our "in house computer quoting systems", will be provided to the successful applicant. You will receive weekly Glass Splashback deliveries, as the DecoGlaze® lead time of 5 to 7 working days, is guaranteed to you and your customers.

Measure and Installation of glass splashbacks and coloured glass wall panels in the nominated region. Working in the home renovation market, kitchen renovations, bathroom renovations, new homes and commercial fit out industry.

What skills and experience must Franchisee's possess?

Cabinet Making &/or shopfitting background or building industry experience would be an advantage however some of our current franchise did not posses this prior to their commencement. Business management experience Sales experience

What is the recruitment process?

Generally the process can take 3 – 6 months from the initial enquiry. After your initial enquiry you will receive a general information pack and application forms. The forms are designed to give us more details about you and whether you would make a suitable candidate to own and operate this unique franchise.

Successful applicants will be invited for a tour of the manufacturing facility and a meeting. During this meeting you may be furnished with the Start-up Franchise Documentation.

From there you will be invited to seek guidance from your legal/business advisors then only if you are completely satisfied return the completed Start-up documentation for review prior to the preparation of the Final Legal Documentation.
