It was 16 years ago when the rumblings of De Pot Man franchise began at the Toowomba Sunday markets with $100 of pot stock.

The franchisor took $15-$20 that first Sunday on a shared site that he paid $5-$10 for. Stock for the retail franchise was stored in his parents back yard.

The ceramic pot franchise is now a fully integrated business, sourcing, buying, importing, wholesaling and retailing out pot products throughout Queensland and New South Wales. We are not just another pot retailer, we are experts in the field, and our stores are neat and well presented with friendly staff.

Staffing and advice is of the utmost importance to De Pot Man franchise.

Now in the retail franchise we have approximately 55 employees, with turnover this year approaching $8 million. De Pot Man franchise knows the ceramic pot market. Our constant strive to be the best in all we do has made us the current market leaders in our industry.

The ceramic pot franchise is well positioned to take advantage of the changing market demands and has now established strategies to be a dominant player in the pot and container segment of the allied garden market. A De Pot Man franchise is an excellent way to become a dominant player.

Given the industry dynamics and the changing market needs, the retail franchise’s clear control of the entire supply chain enables us to maintain a consistent product offering in terms of quality, supply, product choices, advice, style, variety and franchises. This commanding position of De Pot Man franchise is unique in the pot industry. The ceramic pot franchise will harness this competitive position to expand the organisation via a high quality and supported franchise system.

Clearly, the opportunity for the retail franchise to build a strong brand, provide quality pot products to the market and expand to replicate the ceramic pot franchise offering across Australia is real and achievable via De Pot Man franchise system.
