The De Lamauta Coffee & Tea Specialists franchise uses a custom made twenty kilograms coffee roaster that was made expressly for the food and beverage business in a small city named Ismir in the south west of Turkey. The roaster was hand made for the tea franchise by the Aturturk family that has been creating quality coffee roasters for nearly four generations.
