The results of this enquiry will not be known until next year but DC Strategy will be active in communicating our view that the existing Australian market offers the necessary protections and environment for the sector to prosper.
When entering into a franchise agreement a fully informed decision needs to be made by both franchisor and franchisee. There is no place for misrepresentation, but at some point both parties need to assume a level of responsibility for any decision.
