Crema Espresso Master Franchise

A Crema Espresso Franchise Partner Agreement allows a focused expansion of a new region.

The Master Franchise Partner Agreement requires the Master Franchise Partner to set up a franchising infrastructure, including training, marketing, real estate and operational support.

The Master Franchise Partner pays an up-front, initial Master Franchise Fee. The fee is assessed by Crema Espresso on the size and market potential of the Region being purchased.

Store set-up costs will vary depending on region, location, local construction codes and many other factors. Crema Espresso will help you develop a relevant estimate for your area of interest once it is identified. You should have experience or understanding in retailing, real estate, business development or operations of well known brands.

The Crema Espresso concept can operate effectively in a wide range of space configurations. As a general rule, we recommend developing Crema Espresso branded stores in the range of 50 to 100 square metres (20% retail 80% alfresco).

Master Franchise Partners and their designated operators must attend and successfully complete the Crema Espresso training program on the Gold Coast, where product preparation, operations and coffee knowledge will be covered. There is no fee for the initial training program; however Master Franchise Partners need to pay their own costs of transportation, lodging and meals.

In addition to an operations manual and other materials, you will receive support in areas of store development, franchising, marketing, store operations and supply chain.

As a Master Franchisee, you can generate income through your own stores at significantly reduced royalty and Franchise fees and at the same time be developing your own geographic Franchise network.

How Does a Crema Espresso Master Franchise Territory/ Region Work?

• You purchase a zone in which you manage the Crema Espresso brand and concept for which you receive royalties and franchise fees on a consistent basis.
• You would commit to opening your own company run store/s for training and infrastructure development.
• Your master Franchise territory will typically have the potential to develop a minimum of 25 sites. Development criteria are set.
