Site Selection
Crema Espresso, prides itself in securing premium locations for all of its stores, to further develop the Crema Espresso brand.
Once the board at Crema Espresso has approved a site, we negotiate directly with the landlord to secure the best deal for our franchisees. Then a sublease or license is drawn between Crema Espresso and the franchisee to reflect the same conditions as the head lease.
Crema Espresso has a comprehensive site and territory selection procedure which is designed not only to showcase our premium product, but to give each site the ability to reach full brand potential, and be very successful.

Licence Fee
A licence fee of 7% of sales is remitted weekly, with a 2% national advertising levy.
