Geelong-based asphalt and concrete maintenance company Crackmasters is expanding, with a number of opportunities for its home maintenance franchises available nationally.

Crackmasters is owned and run by brothers Jason, Michael and Matthew Cobb.

The trio say they are extremely excited about the expansion and growth opportunities for their business that franchising offers.

“We have thought about franchising our business for a while as we recognised that we had a valuable business that services both the domestic and commercial market with fast turn-around; a business that is relevant and needed across Australia,” Jason explains.

Franchising was the next big step for the company, he says, and it gives the trio the opportunity to offer home maintenance franchises that can be financially rewarding while requiring minimal labour.

Jason believes this could be just the opportunity an existing tradesman is looking for or an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a career change.

Crackmasters maintenance franchises are also the Victorian and South Australian distributor for Queensland company Matrex, which produces a permanent cold mix asphalt product.

This is another advantage for potential franchisees, as they will become agents in their territory for the product.
