Cold Rock offer winter customers the chance to win a holiday
Cold Rock Ice Creamery has launched a national winter promotion, giving customers who purchas ice cream franchises m one of their ice cream franchises during July, the chance to win a Queensland beach holiday.
Customers who choose to enjoy the desserts franchise’s wares in the comfort and warmth of their own home may win a trip for four people to the Capricorn Coast, including five nights at Seaspray Resort, transfers and an extra ‘surprise’ organised by Cold Rock.
Cold Rock is owned by Melbourne-based Franchised Food Company (FFCo), and the promotion represents another way the group and desserts franchises are supporting Brisbane after a run of bad luck and natural disasters.
“This competition is also part of our way of continuing to support Queensland following its summer of disasters, and follows a donation made by all FFCo brands to the state’s flood appeal in January,” FFCo marketing manager Clare McKeown said.
Cold Rock’s winter special will be supported by an extensive marketing campaign including radio advertising, in store promotions and online activity utilising social media networks like Facebook and Twitter.
“This is a great opportunity to continue to raise the awareness and sales of our Take Home Packs, which can be enjoyed all year round no matter the weather,” McKeown said.
“Just like our in store ice creams, our Take Home Packs allow customers to customise their ice creams with their choice of chocolates, lollies, nuts or fresh fruits.
“Take Home Packs can be enjoyed at home, at a party, at a friend’s house or in the car on your way home, and of course even during winter.”
Customers who purchase a Take Home Pack during July are eligible to win the prize and can enter at one of the company’s ice cream franchises or through Cold Rock’s website which includes a promotional video hosted by Youtube.
The winner will be announced on Thursday August 18.
